Refund policy

Our All Good Guarantee means we stand behind the quality and durability of your stamp through repeated normal use. Each stamp is made to order, tested before shipping, and made to hold up through hundreds of clear, crisp impressions when used properly with a press on veg-tan leather.

Because each stamp is made specifically for your order, we do not accept general returns. Returns or refunds are only available for quality concerns, damaged items, defective items, or incorrect orders.

If you are unhappy with the design of your stamp, please contact us at hello@allgoodleatherco.com within 14 days of delivery. We may offer an exchange depending on the situation. Customers are responsible for return shipping and delivery charges on all approved exchanges.

Damages and Product Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your stamp is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us right away.

To report a problem or request an exchange, email us at hello@allgoodleatherco.com before sending anything back.

If your return or exchange is approved, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Warranty

Our stamps are tested and made to hold up through hundreds of impressions when used properly.

Improper use, including striking the stamp with a hammer, pressing unevenly, or using the stamp without a flat surface, may damage the stamp and will void the warranty.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, we’ll notify you once your return has been received and inspected. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card company may need additional time to process and post the refund.
